Manufacturing Defects

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted in the rare case of a manufacturing defect. If you believe your item arrived with a defect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Approved defective items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.

Natural Variations

Due to the hand-painted nature of enamel work, color variations may occur. Pearls and stones may also differ slightly in color or texture based on current market availability. These characteristics are intentional and celebrated as part of the uniqueness of each piece and do not qualify as defects.
